What Should I Expect From Our Initial Session?
Our first initial session is a free one-hour visit where we will discuss
where you are in your life, your personal desires and what goals you
want to achieve.
You will then decide if coaching will be of assistance to you.
If you decide to try coaching then we will work on a month to month
basis, however change takes time, so a three to six month commitment
is encourged.
Here are some of the things you can and should expect from your coach:
Your coach should assist you in looking at all your options:
- help you ask the right questions.
- notice aspects of the situation you don’t see.
- identify options beyond those that are obvious to you.
- help you weigh the pros and cons of the various options you’re considering.
- clarify which decisions must be made now and which ones can be put aside for a time.
- help you choose which actions to take.
Although you need to make the final decisions yourself, the sense of
perspective you receive from your coach will be most benefical.
